Kia ora everyone!
We are looking forward to welcoming all our students and staff back onsite at Alert Level 2 on Monday 31st August.
A reminder that while everyone is onsite at Alert Level 2 next week, we will all be sticking to key health measures including:
– sanitising when coming in and going out of each classroom
– staying home if sick
– keeping our distance from each other by staying out of each other’s moist breath zone
-cleaning and disinfecting our classroom surfaces daily
– minimising visitors on the school site
Please know that if any student or staff member comes to school with flu-like symptoms, we will be isolating them and organising for them to go home asap.
We know these health measures kept our students and staff safe last time we were at level 2 and will do so again. Because of these measures, Ministry of Health’s advice is that your child does not need to wear a face covering while at school unless they choose to do so.
If you have any questions or you are considering keeping your child at home for health reasons at Alert Level 2, please let us know by contacting your child’s teacher, phoning the school office, facebook messaging or sending me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
